MEDPHARMRES SUBMISSION CHECKLIST

  1. COVER LETTER

  1. TITLE PAGE

 

  1. 2.1. Full titles can be a maximum of 100 characters

  1. 2.2. Short titles can be a maximum of 40 characters

  1. 2.3. Authors:

Authors should be listed in order of contribution to the paper, by first name, then middle initial (if any), followed by last name and separated by commas. The author list should be one single paragraph with no line breaks.

Use an asterisk (*) to identify the corresponding author and be sure to include that person’s e-mail address. Full author name*, Email address. Use superscript numbers (1, 2, 3) to designate author affiliations. Each affiliation should be preceded by superscript numbers corresponding to the author list, and each affiliation should end with a period. Each affiliation should be a separate paragraph.

You can include group authors, but please include a list of the actual authors (the group members) in the Supplementary Materials. Use symbols (in this order: †, ‡, §, ||, ¶, #, ††, ‡‡, etc.) for author notes such as present addresses, “These authors contributed equally to this work” notations, and similar information.

  1. ABSTRACT

 

  1. 3.1. The abstract should be self-contained and citation-free and should not exceed 250 words.

  1. 3.2. The abstract should follow IMRaD structure

  1. 3.3. A list of three-five keywords is required for all manuscripts.

  1. REFERENCES

All data, words, or ideas that you have taken from other sources should be accurately cited and referenced in your manuscript to avoid plagirism and credit other authors. Citations and references should follow NML style: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK7256/

  1. TABLES AND FIGURES

All tables and figures should be presented in seperated files. All figures and tables should be cited in the paper in a consecutive order.

 

  1. 6.1. Tables must have a descriptive title and if numerical measurements are given, the units should be included in the column heading. All tables must be submitted in text files (doc or docx).

  1. 6.2. Figures must be supplied as either TIFF or JPG files with a resolution at least 200 dpi.

  1. PLAGIARISM

The journal has a strict policy on plagiarism. A submitted manuscript should not be published or submitted elsewhere. A manuscript would be rejected or retracted if it is plagiarized or double published. A penalty will be applied.

  1. ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS

All manuscripts should provide an evidence of ethic approval by an accreditated Institutional Research Panel. All study should follow Helsiki declaration developed by World Medical Association. Experimental and quasi-experimental studies that conducted in Vietnam should follow both Helsiki declaration and “Hướng dẫn quốc gia về đạo đức nghiên cứu y sinh học” by the Vietnam Ministry of Health.
